-Chapter 5-
Kree honestly had no clue as to how to find this evil mist. He seemed to show up randomly at will, taking his prey by surprise, and then attacking them before even they knew what was going on.
Kree kept walking down the hallways. It was dark, and she couldn't see anything in front of her. She stumbled and held onto the door of one of the cages for support.
The air around her suddenly turned really cold. her breath was showing, and the hair on the back of her neck stood on end.
"Kree..." Kree could hear her name being called, almost as if the wind was whispering her name.
She spun around quickly, and lost her footing. She fell on the concrete floor. She yelped in pain, but then stared at the green mist in awe. It was in the shape of a face, and it was sneering at her, "You must die."
"No!" Kree said stubbornly as she stood up.
The mist laughed, "You don't have a choice in the matter."
Kree stood up even straighter as she pulled out the Bible. Jonathan gasped as he slowly backed away a few feet and hissed.
"Get back," Kree said triumphantly, "I have a weapon, and I'm not afraid to use it!"
Jonathan growled in the back of his throat and hissed once again. He backed away a little further as Kree stepped forward threateningly.
The mist disappeared in front of her eyes slowly. Finally, it was gone, and Kree breathed a sigh of relief, only to be pushed from behind!
She fell forward too fast to catch herself. She hit her head on the concrete...
