Chapter 4

Jacob had me lean on him for support as we walked up the mountain. My leg was starting to heal, however, so I wasn't complaining half as much as before.
It took us half a day to reach the top of the mountain. We had to take several breaks along the way, because my body was still not as fit as it should have been.
